Hebei KNT Composites, specializing in design and manufacture FRP tank, FRP scrubber, FRP piping, dual-lamination products. First built in 1992, is one of the biggest FRP manufacturers. With more than 30 years’ experience, we can provide good-quality fiberglass products for clients all over the world!
Our main products are:
- FRP Pipes - chemical process RTRP pipe and RPM pipe for water supply and drainage. diameter Φ50 to Φ4000 mm;
- FRP Vessels - vertical, horizontal, and other non-standard customized fiberglass tanks and containers, from Φ600 to Φ15000 mm and volumes；
- Dual-lamination- Thermal plastic lined FRP tanks, the chemical barrier can be PP,PVC, PVDF, ECTFE,PFA etc.
- Vinlyester resin monolithic polymer concrete cells.
- Filament winding machine and complete set of Production line for FRP tank and pipe.
- Others – cooling tower, fans, pultrusion parts (hand rail, grating, profiles, transparent lighting plate, cable tray etc..), SMC molded product as manhole cover, hand lamination water channel, pipe fittings, etc....
Industry Application – Due to good corrosion resistant character, the FRP product are widely used in Chemical, metallurgy, Chlorine-Alkaline, Oil Refinery, Gas, Chemical / Petrochemical, Di-sulfate Titanium, Food processing / Brewery, Power Station and Thermal Plant etc.
