Die-cast aluminum radiator

Product description:

The die-cast aluminum bimetallic radiator is a composite heating device integrating high efficiency, energy saving, structural stability, and aesthetic appeal. This product adopts an advanced "inner steel, outer aluminum" composite structure. The internal water channels are made of thickened low-carbon steel pipes, while the external heat dissipation fins are integrally cast from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy using a thousand-ton high-pressure die-casting machine. This process perfectly combines the excellent pressure resistance and corrosion resistance of steel with the superior thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy, specifically designed to meet the heating needs of modern residential centralized heating, independent water heating, and commercial spaces.

Core Advantages:

  1. Bimetallic Composite Structure, Fundamental Corrosion Prevention

Unlike all-aluminum radiators, hot water in this product flows entirely within steel pipes. The aluminum layer only serves to conduct heat, thus fundamentally avoiding the risk of water corrosion to the aluminum material.

Internal Steel Pipes: The internal steel pipes undergo pre-treatment with an internal anti-corrosion coating, while the external aluminum layer naturally forms an oxide protective film, creating a dual anti-corrosion system. This effectively resists corrosion from aging pipe networks and complex water qualities (such as acidic or alkaline water), significantly extending service life to approximately twenty years under normal operating conditions.

  1. High-Pressure Integrated Die-Casting:

Utilizing a high-pressure die-casting process, the molten aluminum rapidly solidifies and cools under pressure, forming a cold-hardened layer of approximately 0.3–0.8 mm on the surface. This results in fine metal grains and a dense, solid structure. The overall structure has no seams or welds, eliminating the leakage risks associated with traditional modular assembly or welding processes. Precision molds ensure minimal dimensional deviations, eliminating casting defects such as porosity and shrinkage. The structure boasts strong pressure resistance, with a test pressure capacity of up to 1.8 MPa and a normal operating pressure capacity of 1.2 MPa, fully meeting the high-pressure heating requirements of high-rise residential and commercial buildings.

  1. Superior Thermal Performance, Rapid Heating

Leveraging the high thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy (237 W/m·K), the product boasts extremely high metallic thermal strength (approximately 2.27 W/Kg℃). The unique chimney-shaped streamlined fin design optimizes heat convection and radiation, exhibiting low thermal inertia. Room temperature significantly increases within approximately 15 minutes of activation, heating up 30%-50% faster than traditional cast iron products. Under standard 95/70℃ heating conditions, the heat output of a single fin consistently meets standards, and heat loss is minimal in low-temperature water heating systems, aligning with current energy-saving heating trends.

Specification:

1. Standardized Model:

Taking UR7002-600A as an example, 600 represents a standard center-to-center distance of 600mm, a mainstream specification for indoor heating. It supports free combination of multiple sections, allowing for flexible adjustment of the number of sections according to room heating load, suitable for different space sizes such as office rooms, bedrooms, and small functional rooms.

2. Lightweight Design:

Aluminum alloy has a low density, weighing only one-third of cast iron radiators of the same specifications, 70%-80% lighter than traditional products. Easy handling and installation by a single person significantly reduces construction difficulty and pressure on the wall. Wall-mounted installation is compatible with most residential and commercial wall conditions.

3. Widely Compatible with Various Scenarios:

Not only suitable for residential buildings, but also widely used in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, shops, and industrial plants. Its stable heat dissipation performance and safe material properties make it particularly suitable for medical and elderly care environments with high comfort requirements.

Appearance Design and Surface Treatment:

1. Aesthetic Fusion:

The radiator boasts a clean and simple design with smooth lines, combining heating functionality with decorative appeal. It perfectly complements various interior design styles, including modern minimalist, Chinese, and European.

2. Durable Paint Finish:

The surface utilizes electrostatic powder coating, resulting in a uniform, highly adhesive finish that resists peeling, yellowing, or fading. The specially treated surface exhibits excellent anti-aging properties, maintaining a pristine appearance for a long time.

3. Customizable Colors:

A variety of colors are available to meet the personalized aesthetic needs of different users.

Installation and Maintenance:

1. Easy Installation:

Standardized center-distance interfaces ensure high compatibility with industry-standard pipe fittings, and construction accessories are highly interchangeable. Replacement and modification are convenient, requiring no special tools.

2. Low Maintenance Costs:

Due to its strong sealing and excellent corrosion resistance from the one-piece die-casting process, scale buildup is slow over long-term use, significantly reducing the frequency of leaks and corrosion repairs compared to ordinary steel radiators. Simply avoid impacts from sharp, heavy objects to prevent deformation of the aluminum body or dents in the paint; maintenance is simple and worry-free.
