Copper aluminum composite radiator

Product description:

Copper-aluminum composite radiators are a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving heating radiator that uses a precision pressure-expanding process to create heat dissipation elements from copper tubes and aluminum fins. Heat dissipation is primarily through convection. They feature an elegant and sophisticated design, excellent heat dissipation performance, high pressure resistance, and the heat transfer medium flows within the copper tubes without direct contact with the aluminum, thus extending their service life. Furthermore, due to the excellent thermal conductivity of copper and aluminum, their thermal efficiency is very high.

Copper-aluminum composite radiators are available in over ten different center-to-center distances, with various colors and lengths to choose from. Each radiator consists of two parts: upper and lower covers and the main body. The upper and lower covers are available in single-piece and full-body designs. Various ventilation openings through the covers are available, including louvered and wave-shaped designs. The covers are easily removable for maintenance. The main body structure is available in single-channel and double-channel versions. The exterior uses advanced electrostatic powder coating and drying processes, resulting in vibrant colors, durability, and easy cleaning. To save space, they are typically wall-mounted using clips.

Features:

  1. The water system uses high-quality copper pipes, offering excellent corrosion resistance, eliminating the need for full-water maintenance, and ensuring a long service life.
  2. It boasts high pressure resistance, lightweight construction, high metal thermal strength, excellent heat dissipation, and outstanding energy efficiency.
  3. The exterior is treated with environmentally friendly electrostatic powder coating, resulting in an odorless, environmentally friendly, and safe product.
  4. Its vibrant colors and elegant, sophisticated design offer strong decorative appeal.
  5. The clean internal cavity makes it the optimal choice for individual metering heating systems.

Advantages:

  1. Economic Efficiency and Aesthetics

Due to the excellent thermal conductivity of copper and aluminum, copper-aluminum radiators have a significantly higher heat dissipation capacity than radiators made of other materials, resulting in a much higher heat-to-price ratio. Furthermore, as copper and aluminum are non-ferrous metals, their value increases over time, making copper-aluminum composite radiators a much more valuable investment than those made of other materials.

  1. Comprehensive Mechanical Properties

Aluminum alloy profiles are widely used in my country's construction industry due to their high strength, good water and air tightness, excellent thermal conductivity, beautiful appearance, and ease of processing. Their excellent thermal conductivity, in particular, has been highly valued by many radiator manufacturers in recent years.

  1. Resistance to Alkaline Water Corrosion

Copper-aluminum composite radiators are manufactured using advanced patented internal flanging hydraulic expansion technology. Precise process parameters completely eliminate the gap between the copper and aluminum profile tubes. The manifold and heat dissipation tubes through which the heat medium flows are all made of copper, offering strong corrosion resistance and eliminating the need for internal anti-corrosion treatment. Therefore, they possess excellent resistance to alkaline water corrosion. The copper-aluminum composite column radiators currently being promoted and produced in my country, under high-alkalinity water conditions, can have a corrosion resistance life of 50 years if the annual corrosion rate is analyzed at 0.005 mm/year. This provides ample margin and can guarantee a radiator lifespan of over 30 years.

  1. Wide Applicability

Copper-aluminum composite panel radiators are made of copper pipes and aluminum profiles. Using specialized equipment, the aluminum profiles and copper pipes are tightly bonded under high pressure. Several columns are assembled and welded together, and functional decorative parts are fitted to both sides to form a panel radiator, similar in appearance to steel panel radiators. They are compact, aesthetically pleasing, easy to clean, lightweight, have high pressure resistance, excellent heat dissipation (radiation and convection), are durable, and suitable for all heating systems.

Application:

It is widely applicable to various heating systems such as centralized heating, independent heating, geothermal heating, and hot springs.
