PVDF lined FRP tank

Introduction:

Under the special conditions, such as organic solvent, high temperature, high purity medium etc. we can use PVC, PP, HDPE,PVDF as inner liner, reinforced with FRP to form composite products that can meet the requirements of both the corrosion resistance and strength.

Characteristic of GRP composite with PVC/PP/PVDF lined fiberglass vessels：

As FRP and PVC/PP/PVDF are two kinds of different materials, their elasticity modulus, thermal expansion coefficient and mechanical property are different. In order to guarantee the good binding between these two kinds of materials, we adopt special resin to bind PLASTIC and FRP together; the interface shear strength is more than 70kgf/cm2. The service area of PVC/PP/PVDF is broadened; the advantages of good corrosion resistance property of PVC/PP/PVDF and good heat resistant, high strength of FRP have been combined.
